My stay was fine during winter time. Central location was a plus. I had a deluxe room and it was modern with fridge, water boiler, as for instance. The staff were very amiable and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge...

Oh where to begin. The dinner at the restaurant was terrible, questionable meal choices. I thought being at a 'superior' hotel meant we would have a fridge, but no luck there! And to cap it off, they should've offered a welcome gift for such obvious inconvenience. I almost left a great review, but just couldn't, really disappointing.

Good parking area. Good for training and educational purposes, or big group travelling.
Hotel doors had poor locks, no a/c, felt like staying in old hospital, the total outlook was "cheap", it was an training center for adults and the focus was totally in that,instead of at the hotel business. You also need a car of taxi to get to the city. I do not recommend this hotel to business travellers.

Excellent staff in the kitchen, very caring and attentive. Well-fed, numbers chitye. The history of the hotel. Large pool, hot saunas. Well located hotel. The restaurant was expensive and the waiter didn't have a clue about the wine list. €18 for a piece of chicken with raspberries! I had to ask for potatoes and vegetables which weren't included. Cheapest wine was €27. Enough said.
